Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the BookTracker Pro mobile application and related services operated by Sylwester Stanislaw Henclik (the “Service Provider”).

Your books stay your business.
BookTracker Pro is built to help you remember what you read, want to read, rate, and save — without creating a profile about you. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

What the app collects
The Application does not collect personal information from your use of BookTracker Pro. It does not require an account and does not build a user profile.
Reading lists, ratings, notes, quotes, or similar content entered in the app are not collected by the Service Provider.

Location & device tracking
BookTracker Pro does not collect precise or approximate location information and does not track your activity across other apps or websites.

Sharing with third parties
Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

Data Retention
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side store of your personal information, reading history, ratings, saved quotes, favorites, or wishlist activity.
Retention period for personal data collected by the app: none. Since the Application does not collect or keep personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal use.

Data Deletion
There is no server-side personal data to delete because BookTracker Pro does not collect or store personal information through normal use.

Local app content
If information is stored locally on your device, you control it. You can remove local app data using your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by contacting anna227kowalska@gmail.com.

Network communication
If the Application uses an internet connection, ordinary network communication may involve temporary technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking or profiling.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age if required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security
A privacy-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Policy updates
This Policy may be revised if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. Any updated version will display a new effective date.
